Our Guest Services personnel can assist with directions, restaurant reservations, hotel recommendations, provide parking / transportation information, directions to area attractions and assist with information on things to do while visiting Northpark Mall and the surrounding area.

WHEELCHAIRS

Wheelchairs are available during center hours free of charge at Guest Services. A driver’s license is needed to check out a wheelchair and kept as collateral until its return.

SECURITY   /   LOST & FOUND

Security is available for guest escorts to your vehicle, medical assistance, jumping of your car battery and other needs that might arise during your shopping experience.

Basic Information

Jatran operates daily fixed routes with exception of Sunday. Union Station, the main hub for all Jatran buses, is located at the corner of Gallatin and Capitol Streets in Downtown Jackson. Union Station services Jatran, Greyhound and Amtrak trains along with various cab services. Jatran bus fares average $1.50 but vary by age. Transfers between routes are free.
